+ 200 ml fresh milk
+ 200 ml fresh cream
+ 100 ml cold water
+ 70 grams of brown sugar or granulated sugar
+ 6 leaves gelatin /10 grams gelatin powder
+ 1 El Greco Lychee can
+ Almonds roasted
+ 100 grams of sugar
+ 250ml melted sugar of boiling water
Step 1: Soak gelatine leaves in cold water for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add alum sugar + cold water to melt sugar with a small fire(remember to watch not to burnt sugar). When sugar is melted,turn off the heat.
Step 3: When Khuc Bach is frozen, take it out and cut the square pieces to taste.
Decoration: Add a few ice cubes out bowl, the jelly and El Greco Lychee, sugar water, prinkle with almonds and decorate the lychees on the top.
